DaBY will open a new ProLab for Dancers “Dancer Training Program” as part of its efforts to develop a professional dance environment and foster creators.<\/span> The program, which specializes in fostering independent dance artists, will be offered in two terms in FY2021, the first and second terms.<\/p>\n

In the FY2021 [first semester] program starting in September, participants will acquire comprehensive skills through practical training (workshops) and courses (seminars) led by DaBY dance evangelist Kenta Komori and a diverse group of other instructors, culminating in a presentation of the results of the program.<\/p>\n

Auditions for students for the 2021 [first semester] will be held on April 29 (Thursday, national holiday). All applicants are welcome, regardless of genre, as long as they aspire to become professionals. We look forward to hearing from you.<\/p>\n

The program is dedicated to the development of independent dance artists (with a presentation of the results).<\/p>\n

1. be between 15 and 25 years old as of April 1, 2021<\/p>\n

2. must aspire to be a professional dancer. Any genre of dance is acceptable.<\/p>\n

We also welcome those who share the concept of DaBY and are willing to actively participate in the projects implemented at DaBY.<\/p>\n
