She began modern dance at the age of three, studying under Chizuru Inagawa and Shinji Nakamura. Graduated from Kobe College, Faculty of Music with a major in dance. While a student, she performed in works by Toru Shimazaki. Participated in performances in Kazakhstan and Taiwan.

A finalist in the Yokohama Dance Collection 2021 Competition II, she has been a member of YCD (Yamato City Dance) since 2022, performing in works by Yoshimitsu Kushida, Naoya Houmitsu, and Harumi Takeuchi.
