Ayaka Ono, You Nakazawa, Space Not Blank “Inherited Body” Work-in-Progress + Talk
DaBY Residence artist Ayaka Ono, You Nakazawa, and Space Not Blank will hold a work-in-progress + talk as a presentation of the results of the first phase of “Inheriting Bodies,” which began in July 2023 at Dance Base Yokohama.
The talk will trace the memories of the movements of the succeeding members and share with the audience the “physical catharsis” that Space Knot Blank continues to research, develop, and perform.
As an attempt to “inherit” the ideas of the previous generation, Space Knot Blank will also present “Choreographic Concept 001 / Study on Weight and Movement” from contact Gonzo’s “Choreographic Concept for the Untrained Layperson”, the ownership of which was purchased by Space Knot Blank. The showings will be held at the same time.
If you are interested in Space Knot Blank’s activities and “physical catharsis”, please come and join us.
