MOSA/Lunar Landing
Residency Schedule] April – August
DaBY welcomes MOSA ( Mariko Kakizaki, Kaho Kogure, Ryo Nakamura) as a resident artist from April.
MOSA* is,What do Mariko Kakizaki, Kaho Kogure, and You Nakamura really want to do? What kind of person do I want to be? The idea for the Moon Landing Project, a project to nurture young dancers, began as a result of discussions about what kind of person they really want to be. It takes meeting wonderful mentors, days full of rehearsals, and a lot of experience in performance to be able to work as a dancer. My steps were a mixture of fun and anxiety, just like when I landed on the moon for the first time. The experience that gradually becomes a solid sensation and response. We launched this project with the hope of passing on this experience to the next generation of dancers.
The following activities, which have been ongoing up to now, will be implemented at DaBY from April.Showings at DaBY are scheduled for May and July.
*Details will be updated as soon as they are determined.
