Born in Kanagawa Prefecture.
She learned classical ballet in her childhood and started studying contemporary dance in college.
In 2017, she graduated from Nihon University College of Art, Department of Theatre Arts, Western Dance Course. Upon graduation, she received the Dean's Award from the College of Fine Arts.
After graduation, she joined OrganWorks, a dance company led by Shintaro Hirahara, as a dancer in 2018.
Since then, she has performed in many dance productions, mainly on stage, danced in music videos, choreographed and participated in theater productions, and assisted in choreography for commercial shoots. She has also created and presented her own choreographic works.
