◆What is the Feldenkrais Method?

An innovative approach to improving both physical and mental functioning through observation of how the body moves and attention to oneself, researched and developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, a physicist for over 40 years. It focuses on the human capacity to learn, grow, and change throughout life and is open to all who wish to improve the quality of their daily lives as well as their professional activities.
