◆Messages from the Performers
This is a research and showing of new creations by Alice Godfrey and Mariko Kakizaki on the theme of "Sleep/Insomnia. We would like to think about sleep through public showings, improvisations, and participants' voices during the creation. One out of five Japanese people is said to have some form of insomnia. I would be happy if some people would feel better not only by seeing a work performed at the theater, but also by seeing this creation process. I am very much looking forward to dancing with Alice, who is full of euphoria and floating like a fairy. (Mariko Kakizaki)
