Dance Base Yokohama (DaBY) is looking for someone to design flyers and other promotional materials.

DaBY is not only a dance house for professional dance artists, but also operates numerous events and projects throughout the year, including showings, workshops, and performances in collaboration with outside theaters.

In addition to the musicians, artists, and other artists involved in the creative process, as well as the technical and production staff, the designers, video photographers, and other creative staff who collaborate in the production and realization of dance performances are also important members.

Since its inception, DaBY has made the promotion of young artists one of its three pillars, and this spring it held an open call for new artists-in-residence for the year 2023. We will soon be announcing the young artists with whom we will be working.

This time, we are looking for new creators to meet.
This will be our first attempt as DaBY. We look forward to receiving your applications.

■ Application requirements:
・Those who have knowledge/experience of design progression in paper media such as flyers and posters
・Those who want to challenge new things that connect dance and society
・Those who share Dance Base Yokohama’s concept and philosophy
・Performing arts including dance performances on a daily basis Those who see our productions on a daily basis
・People who can contact us on weekdays and holidays (those who can respond flexibly when there are changes in the content)

10 days from today, by Tuesday, April 25, 2012.

We are looking for someone to design a flyer for a dance performance scheduled for this fall.
Compensation available/amount to be discussed at time of decision.
