■ Contents
Instructor / Navigator: Kenta Komori
Ballet 45 minutes: Ballet fundamentals and mechanics to align the body.
Contemporary 45 minutes: Explore new sensations of movement with tasks and contacts.
Improvisation: 30 minutes: Each participant shares a concentrated time and space with music by sound artists (DaBY guest artists Yasuhiro Morinaga and Marina Tanaka, etc.) and thinks about his/her own expression.
*You can choose any combination of Ballet/Contemporary/Improvisation. Ballet/Contemporary (90 minutes) or Contemporary/Instrumental (75 minutes).
Capacity and Target
Approx. 15 people, professional dancers (member registration required)
Class member registration is required to participate in the Class.

Master Class
Vol.1 “Approach to Improvisation
This class is designed to help participants reexamine their own originality of movement and imagination based on the experiences they have cultivated in various dance styles, and to find interest in the improvisational body without narrowing their vision by sharing it with others.

August 10 (Monday)-14 (Friday), 5 days in total, 3 classes each day as follows
① 11:00-12:15 Major class (75 min.)
(2) 13:00-14:30 Small children’s class (90 minutes)
(3) 16:30-18:30 Ando Class (120 min.)
Studio open from 14:30 to 16:30 (for students only)
Capacity and Target
Approximately 15 students per class; professional dancers based in Japan

(1) Major class [Gaga/dancerオハッド・ナハリンのダンスメソッド](75 min.) / ¥2,000
(2) 小㞍 Class [Basic ballet for contemporary dancers and application of ballet mechanics] (90 min.) / ¥1,200
3) ANDO Class [Forsythe Technique and its Variety] (120min.) / ¥3,000
(1) through (3) / ¥5,000 (¥1,200 discount from the regular fee of ¥6,200)
*The discount for taking 3 classes in a row is only available when taking 3 classes on the same day. If you wish to take classes on different days, please use single tickets for each class.
