A “dance house” where artists create on a daily basis.
Shintaro Hirahara will create as DaBY’s first choreographer in residence.
The opening event will include a presentation of the creation process for approximately 10 days and an open brainstorming session.

We will hear about the beauty of British ballet, the significance of contemporary in ballet companies, and second careers for dancers.

DaBY Entrance and Studio Tour

From the opening on the 25th, everyone is welcome to visit DaBY in person, tour the studio, and browse the books in the archive area.

*To prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, we have set a limit on the number of visitors per hour, and ask that visitors switch places for one hour.
Please reserve no more than one slot per day to allow more people to come.
Please note that you may be able to stay longer than 1 hour depending on availability on the day.
