He received musical instruction from his grandfather, Rohiro Fujisha, and his father, Roei Fujisha, from an early age. Currently, he studies under Iemoto Rofune Fujisha VI and Rohide Fujisha as an otsutsumi player. Graduated from the Department of Traditional Japanese Music, Faculty of Music, Tokyo University of the Arts. He won the Grand Prize in the 31st New Performers Competition (Traditional Japanese Music Instrumental Division) of the Ichikawa City Cultural Revival Foundation. Currently, in addition to performing traditional Japanese music, he collaborates with Western music and performs overseas.
