DaBY ProLab for Dancers Dancer Training Program FY2021 [2nd half] Open Rehearsal

Open rehearsal by 8 dancers participating in the DaBY ProLab for Dancers Dancer Development Program 2021 [2nd half ] will be held.
The program, which will run for three weeks beginning February 1, 2022, will feature online instruction by choreographer Iri Pokorni, who was unable to visit Japan due to the spread of the new coronavirus, as well as guest instructor Rina Narumi (from February 1 to 11), and will be modified from the original program, Four Duets taken from the Ili Pokorni choreography repertory piece “Humpback Runner” (premiered by NDT2 in 2016) and a task-based creation are being performed.
In addition to an open rehearsal of the repertoire and a demonstration of task-based creation, Kenta Komori and the participating dancers will give a talk. The program will also feature talks by Kenta Koyurugi, participating dancers, and others on what they learned through this program and how the rehearsals were conducted. Also, Iri Pokorny and Rina Narumi will join the program online.
