She started modern dance at the age of 3, studying under Yuka Hirata. After graduating from high school, she moved to the U.S. to study dance and choreography at Point Park University's BFA program. While attending Point Park University, she toured as a soloist in Iratxe Ansa's Metamorphosis Dance. After graduation, she went to Europe to study GAGA with Emanuel Gat, Sita Ostheimer, Spenser Theberge, and others. After returning to Japan, he has been active as a freelance dancer. He has performed in works by Kaiji Moriyama, Karl Alfred Schreiner, Paul Julius, Yoshimasa Ishibashi, Shinji Nakamura, and others. As a choreographer, she won the Audience Award at Dance Plan 2019 and the 3rd Prize at the Tokyo Newspaper National Dance Competition, Creative Dance Division.
