Dance Base Yokohama

Moeka Osada is a performer and choreographer. They have trained in dance for over 20 years and performed in various fields such as concert dance, musical theater, and film in Japan and the United States. After they graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance in 2018, they worked with Mandala South Asian Performing Arts as a collaborator and shared their idea through movement vocabulary. Their interest as a performer exists in creation, where they focus on the differences in social norms between each culture. Moeka continues diving into their creative voyage through choreographing, performing, and traveling worldwide.
