Born into a family of Noh performers, she made her stage debut in "Old Pine" and began classical ballet at the age of 6. She studied contemporary dance under Nobuko Takahara and Kenta Kojiri in the ballet course at Showa University of Music Junior College. After graduation, she studied modern method at Martha Graham Shcool.

After working with the contemporary dance company Tokyo Maiza from 2021-2022, she joined Yamato City Dance Apprentice in 2023. Currently works as a freelance dancer.

Performed in works by Nobuko Takahara, Kazuyuki Futami, and others.
