Sissj Bassani (Cesena, 1997) is a dancer and choreographer. She has worked as assistant and performer for Claudia Castellucci (Venice Biennale Silver Lion, 2020) and appeared in Panzetti/Ticconi’s new production INSEL. Since 2017, she has served as Artistic Director of Parini Secondo. Bassani trained with gruppo nanou and Societas and collaborated with Kinkaleri, Daniele Albanese, and Elisa Sbaragli. She engages in radical listening practices to expand the possibilities of bodily expression, presenting her work in Parini Secondo as well as in oro and A VASISTAS.
