We will begin with rhythm training, which is the foundation of the piece and choreography. We will carefully move our bodies to the music, feeling our center of gravity and conscious sound. Next, we will do isolation training, consciously moving each part of the body to expand the range of motion. In addition, we will lecture two choreographies specialized for street dance and classical ballet from the new work “Mushrooming” to be released next month. Let’s explore new ways of expression while dancing together.
