Dancer, choreographer, and leader of neji&co.
Until 2004, she was a member of Dairakudakan, a butoh company led by the butoh dancer Akaji Maro. After that, he began creating his own works, focusing on the way the body is created through the mutual influence of voice and body movement. In recent years, he has presented "Corona Report," a trilogy about the feeling of time in the Corona Disaster, and "Sei no Sensei," a stage work for children using AI and robots, YCAM + TOSHIKO Pijin. He views choreography as something that works to create movement, and explores the changes that occur in the surrounding environment and in relationships with people, as well as the possibilities for new forms of physical expression on stage.
