Improvement of dance technique with tactile sensitivity

The goal is to focus on the above four points and make it a time to be able to translate tactile, visual, verbal, and memory into dance with clarity. The goal is to help you to translate tactile, visual, verbal, and memory into dance with clarity.
Comments from the instructor:
What you will learn on January 5 and 6 is not so much facts researched by various institutions and aggregated by experts, but rather a more viscous and viscous experience based on personal practice, reading various dance literature, and personal interpretation. We recommend that you attend the workshop with this in mind.
We would like each home to bring some objects or books.
It could be clothes, an instrument you no longer use, a letter you can’t throw away, whatever it is.
And I want you to go and sort out a few memories about it.
I don’t know if it will actually be used for showing, but I would like to start with that as a clue. (Hirahara)

Thursday, February 2
Healing Workshop
We will analyze the mechanisms of the body and mind, based on the experience and knowledge gained from craniosacral and Noguchi Seitai, regarding the regeneration of an imbalanced body. It is not only the body that dances, but also the presence of more than just the body, a proposal that will lead to the realization of what really strikes one’s heart for the dancers who perform. Participants will do self-healing work on the mat and hands-on healing work with a partner.
What to bring: Please plan and prepare your own device to lie comfortably on your back on a hard floor for 30 minutes.
Thursday, February 9
Kata and Kata-less Dance Workshop
This two-part dance workshop will use kata (yoga, ballet techniques, etc.) in the first half to create a dancing body. The first half of the workshop uses kata (yoga, ballet techniques, etc.) to prepare the body to dance freely, using craniosacral body awareness to feel muscles, skeletal structure, spinal fluid, and chi more subtly.
The second half, “Kata No Kata” is a work to practice solo improvisation from different angles. Finally, we will improvise a short solo.
Target: Students who have been exploring the body for at least 3 years.
