Dance Base Yokohama (DaBY) Publicly Invited Residence Program for FY2021 starts [7/1更新]
Dance Base Yokohama (DaBY) is a dance house that specializes in developing a professional dance environment and nurturing all kinds of dance-related creators. For the development of dance as a composite art form, DaBY conducts activities to “open dance to society” through workshops, experimental tryout performances, and dance archive projects to provide a place where not only artists such as choreographers and dancers, but also creators of various different genres and audiences can interact with one another. We also conduct workshops, experimental tryout performances, and dance archive projects.
In order to support the activities of the next generation of performing arts professionals in Japan and abroad, DaBY is launching two types of open call residency programs, one long term and the other short term, for different purposes. For details, please see below.
Please contact us if you are unable to participate in all 10 days of the program.[7/1更新]
