Born in Sapporo, Hokkaido.
Studied classical ballet under Yumiko Uehara from childhood, met Shintaro Hirahara at age 13, and began contemporary dance. 2016 moved to Tokyo, where she has performed in works by Shintaro Hirahara, Kazuyuki Futami, Naoya Aoki, and others.
She has been a member of the dance company OrganWorks led by Shintaro Hirahara since 2008, and performed in the opening ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games in 2009 as a choreographic assistant and dancer.
