Ayaka Ono Akira Nakazawa SpacenotblankThis is the third dance work by In December 2022, he won the Yokohama Dance Collection 2022 Competition I Kinosaki International Art Center Prize for “Balance”, the latest phase of his original mechanism “Physical Catharsis”. In May 2025, he stayed at Kinosaki International Art Center for research and creation of “Dance Work No. 3”. After that, he officially titled the piece “Dance Work No. 3: Naoya Shiga’s “At Kinosaki””. Inspired by the content of Naoya Shiga’s “At Kinosaki,” the process and basis of writing, and the context of the novelist’s stay “at Kinosaki” and the act of transforming the events there into a creative work. Ayaka Ono Akira Nakazawa SpacenotblankThe “At Kinosaki” is a tracing of the trajectory of Naoya Shiga and the history of Kinosaki, and the form of “expression” that we, who live in the present age, will arrive at.
