Born in Kanagawa Prefecture.
She began classical ballet at age 3 and contemporary dance at age 11, studying under Shinji Nakamura and Mako Kawano. She has won top prizes in numerous competitions in Japan. Graduated from Ochanomizu University, Department of Arts - Expressive Behavior, Dance Education Course.
She has been a member of Noism since September 2010. In addition to performing in domestic and international performances, she also teaches company classes and summer school.
Since September 2020, she has been performing as a freelance dancer in various choreographers' works and presenting her own choreographic works. She also teaches ballet and contemporary classes in Tokyo and Niigata.
